Before you write
How do I play RIGGED?
Open the RIGGED browser preview and follow its room and player instructions. The game is designed for 2–5 players.
It’s a preview, so rough edges are possible. If something breaks, tell us what you were doing when it happened.
Does RIGGED use real money?
No. Its wagers use fictional chips. Wagers are private to their owner. They are part of the game, with no real-money betting.
The preview isn’t loading. What can I try?
Check your connection and reload the page. If the issue continues, try an up-to-date browser. Before clearing browser storage, keep in mind that game preferences and a resume token may be stored there.
Contact us with the browser, device, and any visible error message if you’re still stuck.
When can I play BACKFEED?
BACKFEED is in development and coming soon. We haven’t announced a release date. Its game page is the place to check for updates.
Can I send feedback or a business enquiry?
Yes. Email support@ratjam.app and put the game name or subject in the message. We use your message to handle your request.
What information does the site collect?
The company site has no advertising, tracking analytics, cookies, or account registration. Standard server logs may contain connection and request information. The game preview has separate room state and browser storage. Read the privacy page for details.
