The Ratjam marketing website does not use tracking analytics, advertising, or cookies. It does not have account registration or a newsletter sign-up. Its pages, fonts, and visual assets are served from the site.
Ordinary web-server logs
Hosting and web servers may record standard request information, such as your IP address, the time of a request, the requested path, and your browser’s user agent. This information can be used to operate the site, understand errors, and handle abuse.
This is different from advertising or visitor-tracking profiles. We do not make a specific retention promise for hosting logs here.
Support messages
If you email support@ratjam.app, your email address, message, and any attachments are used to handle your request. Avoid sending passwords, game resume tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information.
The RIGGED preview
The room server handles your chosen display name, game state, and chat as part of running multiplayer rooms. A player’s fictional-chip wagers are private to that player.
Your browser stores game preferences and a resume token. These support the game experience and reconnecting to a session. Clearing browser storage can remove those preferences or affect your ability to resume.
